Thanks, Philip...hey! You're only supposed to post as a guest for login issues! But, I suppose I'll let you slide. 
It turns out, building a forum is harder than I thought. If I put up a new forum/section, I've got to name it, describe it, and set permissions for it. Luckily, Forumotion did some of the work for me. They're hosting a phpBB 3 forum for free.
