New Features

I added some new features to the forum today:
1. The Portal, where you can stay up to date with the latest news, topics, and polls, and easily navigate your way throughout the forum. The Portal should be the first thing you see when you visit the forum.
2. Word Censoring, which will replace most "swear words" with less offensive ones.
3. Pruning in the Basket, meaning that instead of pruned topics being deleted, they will be moved to The Vault (formerly Archived Threads). There, you can read them all you want, but they will be locked.
